How to Decide When You’re Overwhelmed
Priority Matrix
Mostly Organized Dispatch
Hey Friend!
It’s no secret that life can get overwhelming, even in summer, and even on vacation!
And as much as I love the Eisenhower Matrix - you know the one with the 4 quadrants (in blue below) - sometimes everything simply feels urgent AND important.
So what happens then? How do you decide what comes next?
A few weeks ago, I saw a clip on socials that talked about prioritizing based on how much a task or problem is stressing you out vs. the power you have to actually solve the issue, and I thought that was genius (in gold below)!
Essentially, this method, although very similar, is about focusing your energy on what you can control and letting go of the rest.
I find this perspective very liberating and super helpful. Maybe you will too.

I hope you’re having a great summer and that life is peaceful in your neck of the woods!
